President & CEO, ANDREA BORNHEIM
Bornheim has over 20 years of international business leadership and corporate education experience. She has held numerous training, sales, and marketing leadership roles, most recently at Break The Ice Media, where she was instrumental in launching a highly successful nationwide sales initiative for a top client. Her data-driven approach to sales management resulted in double digit growth every year of her tenure.
Bornheim moved to Rochester in 2001 to lead corporate sales and marketing efforts in the territory for US Airways. Following her tenure with US Airways, Bornheim founded the successful hospitality training school, Rochester Wine School, where she wrote course curricula and taught over 50 courses to industry professionals and wine enthusiasts.
Previously, she lived in Zurich and Boston, where she developed international CRM educational programs for DCI, Inc., with programs spanning the United States and Europe. Bornheim holds a BA in Communication from the University of Buffalo and completed Masters level coursework at Buffalo State College in Adult Education, with a focus in Instructional Design for eLearning. Bornheim is an active member of the business and education communities and a frequent speaker at industry events.
